- Floor: Insulated CLT panel with integrated water drainage
- Roof: Thermo-spruce ceiling with insulation and durable metal roofing
- Doors & windows: CLT-framed full-glass door and windows
- Interior: Thermo-aspen benches and backrest
- Sauna heater: Harvia Cilindro 9 kW, including stones
- Lighting: LED strip under the bench and exterior spotlights above the windows
- Base frame: Durable, weather-resistant LVL base frame with adjustable legs
